This is a very nice and high quality tape measure. Very simple design with the feel of quality. The tension release has a very light touch yet a positive breaking action in both directions. It has both Inch and Metric markings that are easy to read. The sides are smooth so that you can add a label with your name on it because you won’t want to lose this fine item. Glad I chose this one!

Overall quality is above average though the housing plastic could be a little bit thicker. But it still feels sturdy and not cheap feeling. Pulling out the measure feels nice and smooth and the auto lock is tight with no play (at least for now). Retracting is equally smooth and activates easily. The measure also doesn’t bend easily and I tested it to about 5 feet before it bends under its own weight. All in all a solid tape measure with my only nitpick being that it could have a little more solid feeling housing.

I recently got into 3D printing, where there's a regular need to measure in mm. But my brain still works in inches and fractions when I'm hanging a picture frame etc. So I found myself looking for a quality measuring tape with both metric and imperial that was a) small enough to store in my tools & accessories drawer, but b) not so small that I can't easily read the tape. And this checks all my boxes -- it feels solid and sturdy (not cheap/sloppy), and I've measured dozens of items without having trouble reading the tape. Looks sleek too. Plus I really like the feature that it doesn't auto-retract -- pull the tape out and it stays there (no need to push anything to prevent retraction), and then it retracts nice and snappy when you press the button.

This tape measure is great. Very smooth action and convenient for quick measuring. I'm never worried about it snapping shut on me with the locking mechanism. I use mine for tabletop wargaming, and it's great for the application. It's bigger than is necessary for the games I play, but it's no real issue.

Like fresh air after what I have been using. Maybe too cute for (and not rugged enough) for real carpenter's work, but so nice around the house for hanging pictures, sizing rugs, etc. A pleasure to see and use. The auto-stay extension is novel.

Good quality

I get shouted out for leaving tape measures/tools around the house but also don't want to keep going to the garage when I need something for a quick use. Bought this hoping it would be compact to stick in a drawer or hide and thats exactly what i got. The size is perfect and really nice to use. Its even not been put away and not noticed due to its sleek design and doesn't look at tool like as others.

Excellent product, very convenient to measure, compact design but the price is on the higher side.
