This magnetic oil dipstick is a worthwhile upgrade for small inverter generators. It fit my PowerSmart 2500 watt generator perfectly, which is always a relief. The quality of workmanship appears to be good, suggesting it should hold up well over time. Delivery was quick, and the product I received was accurately described, meeting my expectations. It's a simple yet effective way to potentially extend the life of my generator by catching any metallic debris in the oil.

It fit. It works. $10 is a worthy upgrade to any small engine without an oil filter. This will catch some of the ferrous debris.

I am using this product on my Pulsar 4kwatt generator, which was a recommended product when the generator was bought, it fits perfectly and it is made of high-quality material, it is easy to install, the magnet works as it should, the only drawback is there is no oil level indicator marks. (you can add one with a small file)

Dipstick fit perfectly in my Wen generator. During the break in period, it collected lots of metal shavings. Be careful not to burn your fingers on it after the generator has been running.

I took a chance on this fitting a new Northern Tool Powerhorse 2300i generator, even though it's not listed. It did fit fine, I like the magnet since there's no oil filter. I gave it four stars instead of five because there were a lot of metal shavings in the threads, I would suggest giving the threads a good scrubbing with a wire brush prior to installing it. The last thing you want is to put these metal shavings in your oil/crankcase.

Easy swap for the oil filler plug on a generator and grabs any random metal flakes or debris to keep them from harming the engine. A no-brainer.

Fits the new Predator 2500

First time I've purchased one. It does capture metal debris from my generator. I check the oil before starting and always find some attached to it, which I wipe off. It probably pays to have one if you want to keep your motor healthy.
