I’ve been using this pan almost exclusively for several weeks and I love it. It is totally nonstick. I can be rough on pans because I do like to cook. So I may change my mind, but for now I love it and would recommend.

A great addition to the set I purchased. Wish they had some saucepans in this color that could be purchased separately.

This is the third pan I've had to replace in a set I got as a wedding gift. I made sure to never raised the temperature above medium heat, always use silicone utensils and a silicone sponge for cleaning. After a few weeks the non stick coating has come off AGAIN. I don't know what I'm doing wrong with these pans, but it isn't worth all of this frustration.

I liked this pan so much that I purchased a second one. It’s a breeze to cook with and cleans beautifully. Sure, it got a scratch, but it does not effect the functionality of the pan at all.

Love how easy it is to use and clean - lightweight, nonstick, not anxious about PFAS. But, it's really easy to chip. Crack an egg on the side - chip! Paper towel holder falls over it - deep chip! It's a great pan to use for cooking but wish it were less prone to chipping!

Ceramic pans are notorious for losing their non-stick quality fast, and some really do. After a few weeks of regular use, this has not been the case for my Greenpan set (this specific pan plus the rest of this collection's cookware which I bought separately on another platform). There are a few rules we have adhere to, to protect the non-stick surface. We only:1- Use silicon spatulas/utensils on these.2- Always let them cool down before washing.3- Only use a soft sponge to wash them (and believe me, as long as they are non-stick you wouldn't need anything but a sponge to wipe them).4- If something like a tomato based sauce spills on the exterior, we quickly wipe it before it cools down and stains the beautiful exterior color.So far these have been great cookware, and we could not be happier to make the full switch and throw away all the PTFE cookware.

Pan looks nice. Surface was not as non-stick as I was expecting. Within 3 months, it had several scratches in the surface (despite not using metal utensils), and there was a coating on the surface. Customer surface told us how to remove the coating, and informed us that we had to use different cooking oil. Nothing to do about the scratches. Said we must be storing it without protection, which is not the case. If you want a ceramic pan, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I was excited to up grade my old entry level green pan for this one. Sadly it is nowhere near as durable. The non stick started chipping the first week. I am not sure if it is defective or just low quality.I only use silicone cooking tools, however then pan chipped all around the edges from the lid that came with it. It also chipped in the center from having something setting on it in the sink. Bummed and eventually had to go out and buy another entry level gray colored green pan.

Very pleased by the build quality of this pan. My parents have had Greenpan nonstick pans for years and they still look just like new, so I splurged on this one. The nonstick is very slippery, the lid lets me steam food, cleanup is very easy. I've used this for pancakes, eggs, and sauces. Was lucky enough to find an open-box warehouse deal for half price and the pan was in new condition.

Had a smaller one of this type. It’s non stick is perfect for omelettes. This one is great too. Gets even heat, right to the edges.

The pan itself is nice, however due to very flimsy and poor packaging, the pan is damaged and lopsided on the left side. And therefore the lid doesn’t fit properly. It is not a cheap pan I paid almost $200 for it, hence giving it 1 star as I am so disappointed for being awaited a long time for the pan to come.

Love it! It was a returned item with damaged packaging but the pan and lid were perfect in every way. I love pink, I wanted a Green pan for its environmental design, but the price tag was a bit scary. I took a chance on an Amazon used deal and got everything I was hoping for; a non-stick pan with a helper handle and lid. It is the perfect size and everything slides out like a dream. I am very satisfied.
