First of all I ordered this on a Saturday night around 7PM. Delivery said Wednesday which was great. Upon checking out the delivery moved up to Sunday. Thats right, next day. Going through the process in once again confirmed this date at checkout. Emails and text also confirmed next day delivery. Like promised, the next day it showed up at 1PM. Driver unloaded it in my garage and was super professional. Item was flawless and free from damage. Install took 20 minutes max. Helped to watch a quick video online related to the install first. Item fit like a glove as most have said online. The only issue I had was related to the front cargo bracket which Toyota didnt center correctly. Truck bed is dry and secure. Amazon is amazing on this item. Saved a couple of hundred bucks on the price and got service above what anyone could offer. It wasnt even close. So happy I made the call. 18 hour delivery is something no one else can touch folks!

Bought for my 2026 Trudra w/6.5’ bed. Easy to install. The metal rod that holds the panels in folding position is too long. One set back is the Toyota deck rail cleats that came with the truck will not work because of knob to tighten it down. Ordered drieaco aluminum truck bed tie down anchors to hope it will resolve my issue. Other than that it looks great. Update: Called Bakflip and they are sending me new rail that will resolve my problem.

This Topper was easy to install. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is that instructions are lacking details for the box corners which is where my cover leaked after installation. The Corners by the cab are not sealed enough with the supplies provided. Went to Lowes and bought some round insulation and wrapped it with single sided insulation tape and it seems to have stopped the water seepage that results when driving down the highway.

Bought my 2023 Tundra seven days before leaving on a planned camping trailer trip. Ordered this cover the very same day and it came in time to install with two days to spare. Small problem though: Although the shipping box was entirely un-damaged, the very first piece that I came to upon opening the box didn't look right. It was the LH side-rail, the piece that all of the locking tabs engage. One end of this one piece is a section of the extruded aluminum channel with about 80mm left after the rest has been cut away, forming a flat, overlapping projection that lives in the vicinity of the juncture of the bed side and front. This LH piece had that 80mm or so of flat aluminum bent at more than a 90° angle. The RH side piece was perfectly flat and true. I knew that I could probably straighten out that bent end, maybe without actually breaking it off altogether but you know what it's like to bend, and re-bend thin aluminum. You can usually bend it once, even sometimes fairly extremely, but the odds of straightening it back out without seriously compromising the strength of the piece aren't great. I was able to get it fairly straight by securing one end of the piece with a real big crescent wrench while gently working with wide jawed pair of parallel pliers. When it was straight there were definitely small cracks faintly showing up on the surfaces but it was solid enough. After taking a lot of pictures to document what I'd found and done, I continued to install the cover. What a joy. Except for the fact that some of the pieces were really heavy and somewhat awkward for me to do by myself I got it done in about 90 minutes. I hadn't done enough research prior to starting this to realize that the very first instruction to "remove the existing inside bed rails, if present" was not a catastrophe. Oh crap, I thought, one of the things I've always loved about my two previous Toyota pickups was the fact that this really cool rail system was built in. I needn't have worried, as the rails are re-installed in a slightly lower position using some really nicely made bits of engineering. The hardest part of the whole installation for me was trying to get the drain tubes to fit in the existing holes in the Tundra's bed. This cover, in use, is fantastic. It sits very low, hardly visible above the sides of the bed at all. It opens, closes, folds up into several different useful configurations and when the truck is locked, the tailgate is too so there is no really easy way to simply pop it open. I wouldn't leave wads of cash in it out on the street but for camping, shopping and general outdoors use it is the bomb. Almost entirely dry inside even during and after monsoon-type rainstorms we've had here on the East coast recently. I called the manufacturer and after a brief description of what had happened I sent them some photos and in a week they delivered a big package with both LH and RH side rails. Great customer service.

The BAK Revolver 4S installed relatively easily on my '23 Tundra 6.5' bed. The shipping box is quite heavy though. It looks secure though no cover is truly secure. It does a good job of minimizing water in the bed but if you drive on dusty roads, the cover creates a vacuum space that sucks dust in past the tailgate. This is not the cover's fault. The tailgate needs a seal. There were a couple sharp edges at the rear of the side rails. I covered these with black tape. Otherwise, I thought the quality of the cover was appropriate to the price paid. I don't like the strap arrangement for travelling with the cover rolled up. It's a bit of a pain to get the straps plugged in and tightened. It does work though. The install instructions were a bit vague - could use an English major's eyes. Update June 2024: Two issues - both minor. First, if the closed cover is subjected to rain, then a freeze, you won't be able to open it. The feet on the cover freeze to the troughs in the side rails. Fix this by spraying a light coat of silicone on the troughs prior to freezing. Second, one of the little snap in corner covers disappeared on a trip. Think it probably popped loose when I closed the cover. Then it worked free and disappeared on the road. See Picture.

Easy to install. Slim design. Looks great. Easy to open close and flip into place to gain all but 6” of access in your truck bed. Can open and close tailgate whether or not cover is opened or closed. Take your time and should take no more than 1 1/2 hrs to complete

Cover was purchased in Dec 2023 from Amazon. It arrived in my Province here in Canada a few weeks later. The packaging was fine. Upon removing the items from the box, one of the side rails was damaged and it certainly appears it was sent from the company to me in damaged condition due to the prestine condition of the packaging. As I finished installed, there was 3-4 rubber bumpers that go onto the last panel which lays against the truck cab to prevent scratching. The adehesive on several of these pads were dry and not usuable. I contacted the store where I purchased this cover. They were great to deal with on these issues. I received new rubber bumpers, after contacting them several times, for the cover. I was given a credit of around $150 bucks for the damaged rail which I was able to fix (unbend) myself. The cover was installed on 2024 Toyota Tundra Crewmax in January 2024. All seems fine over winter months until I began using my bed more in March of 2024. First, I noticed the rubber seals being worn excessively on both driver and passenger railing. A few weeks later, when I folded up the panels a few times, I began noticing the clips holds the rubber seal to each panel coming off. I can push them back into the slot but they keep coming off. Then a few weeks later, I noticed a rubber bumper missing from the panel near rear window, drivers side. I contacted the store where I purchased the item and they have reached out to Bakflip Industries. I was told the serial number would be needed from the cover and I was told where to look for this number. Well, I took an hour today to remove the tonneau cover. I searched the outside, inside and each individual panel but could NOT find any serial number or identification type plate with product information. I am awaiting contact from the store/Bakflip Industries on what to do next. I am really think I received what is called a "Monday Morning Special"....a reject! Well, after dealing with the retailer and Bakflip company, i have to say the customer service is top notch. The company will be sending me a replacement tonneau cover at NO cost. There has been NO fuss or issues with the customer service. All i can say, i am grateful and gope the new cover will work better.
