Bought these to fix up an old harbor freight crawler. They work exactly as intended and come with two separate sets of hardware for easy installation. The build quality actually seems a lot better than I expected and the rollers are smooth, quiet and fast

Replaced the casters on an old Craftsman shop stool with these and it rolls better than ever on polished concrete. It's been a funny experience getting used to them. With the noisy old casters, you had to be pretty deliberate to get the stool to move, and it would hang up on the tiniest pebble. Now when I stand up, if I give it the slightest lateral bump or push it will stealthily start rolling until it bumps into something to stop it. Even if I'm very careful standing it feels like it has a mind of its own. Kind of reminds me of a robot vacuum :-) The fact that the casters are sooooo smooth is the only potential negative. Apart from the new free-ranging nature of the stool, if I'm sitting on it and torquing a bolt or nut, or pushing/pulling I have to be very conscious to brace myself appropriately to apply leverage, otherwise it'll move around with you. Even still, I wouldn't trade back to the old casters & consider these an excellent upgrade!

These are working great for my creeper seat! Now have to chase the seat around to the low spot in the shop, they roll that good!

My creeper now rolls really easily on my broken asphalt driveway. I greased the upper swivel bearings and oiled the lowers and the casters pivot really fast, smoothly and easily. No more getting stuck trying to pivot under the truck.

These casters rock!! I’ve had them on my creeper now for almost a year and they work great! My shop floor is unpainted concrete and rolls effortlessly across the floor. The only drawback is if you are next to the creeper and bump it just a little bit, then you might have to chase the thing around the other side of the vehicle. That’s how good they roll. Totally worth the money!!

I bought a new Whiteside Manufacturing creeper intending to use it on broomed concrete. It came with hard plastic wheels. It was difficult to use as it was constantly getting stuck and the wheels were getting quickly destroyed. Installed these wheels and the difference is almost hard to believe. It's actually usable now. I don't get why they use such terrible wheels. Probably slightly cheaper, of course. Installation was a bit of a debacle. The original wheels needed a very thin 32mm wrench to back up the caster while loosening. I didn't have that or a way to make one so I drilled the heads off the barrel nuts. Turns out they had also used a bit of threadlock so I'm not sure they would have come out even if I had the right wrench. The nuts were soft and pretty easy to drill. These new casters required a thin 14mm wrench to back the caster when tightening. Didn't have that either so I ground down a regular wrench. It was worth it despite all the trouble.

The wheels are a nice upgrade for my old Crapsman creeper. Quiet and smooth. Mine used the barrel nuts and the hex socket is a bit shallow considering the hardware is kinda low-end. But they do give you 2 types of hardware (barrel nuts and acorn nuts) to cover different designs. The wheels have bearings. And overall for the price, Ingave it 5 stars.

These wheels are quite costly, But they are so much better than the stock wheels on my creeper.

These are amazing wheels!! Installed them on my 25+ years old SnapOn creeper. Removed old wheels and installed these, added a washer between bearing on shaft and frame of creeper for extra support, but these installed really nice, no modification to frame of my creeper. They roll so nice, it’s crazy … mud and floor dry, no problem…they seem really sturdy, and roll so nice… be careful tho… You almost need brakes now because my creeper has never moved like this before. I know another mechanic who has had these on his creeper for 2 years with no issue… and they are so quiet moving on the floor…will update if I have any concerns.

One of the wheels on my case broke, and the suppliers of the case couldn't help me (Not their fault) I got these to install, and although I had to make some modifications, they work really well. Roll easily, I am impressed, thank you

So smooth. So quiet. They are almost too good. I barely push off on my small MAC Tools creeper, and I'm quickly gliding across the entire shop. Highly recommend!
