Would this help with my dog's dandruff?

Does anyone see an explanation date on their bottle? Mine has lasted way too long. No changes in the product tho as far as and smell or color

I am not understading a "leave in" conditioner. Do you use just a shampoo, then dry their coat and then put this on? Is this a groomer tip?

Yes, after bath and dry coat, then use small amount on your hands (just like you would with lotion) and rub it on your dog. I like the unscented best.
