I got a handy pocket book of hardly 35 pages and I got it in 1200 INR. You must be wondering why I bought it even then and not only that I am giving this book all the 5 stars!! Why? Because it is worth it. When the packet arrived I was very excited but the weight was so light that even before opening the packet I was a little skeptical about the delivery and When I opened the packet, I got even more disappointed. Out of fear, I didn't tell my sister in law who ordered this little small pocket book for 1200/-?? But When I started reading it, I realized with every word I read that 1200 INR is too less for this precious book. This book is full of wisdom and is an apt book for one to understand the modus vivendi. I loved the teachings and I am taking a vow to adopt yoga, nourishment and cleanliness in my life henceforth. Today is my Day 1 and I am looking forward to make till the day x.
