High quality. This is a game changer. My heath conscience wife with her osmosis loving no bpa kitchen was using a scratched up plastic bullet everyday. There is no comparison and this makes the best smoothies. Like they are smooth! You can’t even notice when it chops the ice, it is that powerful. One day this happened for no reason. The whole thing just exploded. My smoothie was scattered across the kitchen. Again, it just happened out of nowhere. The container just exploded. I tried Customer Service and they don’t care. The product is defective. Don’t buy it.

This Tribest blender is awesome. I’ve been using the ninja blender for years and while it’s great, it doesn’t last. My mom burned out the motor and I just wasn’t too impressed with it. Mold could easily grow under the gasket, and they were plastic cups. I always wanted a glass blender and I finally stumbled upon this one. I went ahead and returned my new ninja blender and took the plunge on this one and I am SO glad I did. The quality is awesome and I love that it’s all glass. The motor works great and when put to the test to blend my morning frozen smoothies or even make at home powdered sugar, it did not let me down! I was a little hesitant because of the amount of reviews and I was worried it would look different in person but it came better than expected. The base isn’t huge and bulky like some other blends or the ninja one and I LOVE that. Vitamix who? I love my Tribest blender.

I love having an alternative to my Vitamix. Doing small quantities in the large blender is sometimes tedious. Having three sized containers is great. This blender does some things well like grinding flax seeds. That alone may be worth the investment for me. It doesn't compare to the Vitamix with blending harder items though. **I've had the unit for over 3 years now. Still love the concept. Much rather be using glass over plastic. Sadly the glass does not hold up. I've had 3 replacements for the large container. And recently the small container met it's demise. Each break has been exactly the same, around the baseline of the cup. It was random each time. Not due to undue force or stress. Not due to hot liquids. Just picked up the containers and the bottoms had separated. So weird and so frustrating. And these containers are not cheap. The company was good the first 2 times but now they have just ignored me. If I was negligent in my handling of the units I would understand and take accountability. But in this case I can earnestly say the product does not hold up over time. Now I 'm left with a motor base with only one medium sized container which I'm afraid to use because I don't know when it may crack also.

I LOVE IT. I’m so happy I made this purchase. I had a Nutribullet that I wanted to replace. This machine is so quiet in comparison, runs so smooth, and I love how the glass is thick and heavy duty. The blade assembly is also so very easy to clean compared to the Nutribullet. This is a well-made machine made with high-grade materials. Highly recommend especially for those moving away from the use of plastics.

I received this on January 4,2021. I was excited to see how well it worked. I even didn’t mind paying over $150 for a blender, because I wanted the glass containers. Right out of the box the motor did not work. Customer service for Amazon put me through to Tribest. Trouble shooting wasn’t that hard. Nothing the person from Tribest told me would cause it to work. Then she wanted me to pay to ship everything back before sending me a new one. I need my blender. So I am currently sending it back. Getting a refund and looking for a less expensive one that works. NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH TRIBEST.

I just received this a few days ago and opened the box and there are parts missing. One of the Jars is not there as well as a lid.... and ofcourse the missing jar is the one i needed more than the rest of them. Returning it for another one. I'll update this once I get the new one since there is no way to delete this review. UPDATE: It's been sitting on my counter for over a year. Finally attempted to blend something with it for the first time (8/24/2020). It works well but then stops after not too much time. I think the motor is overheating and goes into self protect mode because after some time it will begin working again. Love the glass containers and that was the main reason I bought it. It would have been way better if they just gave it an ON/OFF switch without all the fancy controls.

This is my first ever review! But I just had to say that I've searched far and wide for an easy to clean, glass mixer for my daily smoothies. This little guy is the only one I was able to find here on Amazon. And boy am I happy I found it! It is perfect. I make 3 smoothies a day, grind coffee, make sauces and blend my soups and never have to worry about plastic leaching into my food. It is super easey to clean and has lasted me over a year now. It is absolutely a dream come true.

I have tried MANY blenders in the past and they all fell apart and were very hard to clean. I love that the containers are glass and the blade is stainless steel !! This one is the best !!! Easy to clean, solid and sharp blades. Chops up ice perfectly for my protein shakes. I recommend this blender !!

While trying to blend a hot coffee drink the bottom of the glass completely blew out and almost injured one of us due to flying glass.

This product is EXCELLENT. Take care of the rubber grommet. Obviously, although most of the components are dishwasher safe, only put the ones that are described as dishwasher safe in the dishwasher. Glass jars NOT PLASTIC - FANTASTIC!!!!

The glass is great, the motor is quite noisy compared to other blenders. Have been waiting for more than 6 weeks for warranty repair. so that take it from a 4 star to a two star for me.
