On One Condition: The S. I. N. Series
What happened years ago with Asher and Ledger, when they were just 15 year olds stopped by Ledgers father. His father lied to him about the girl he loved. The town use to call her trash because her mother was a unwed mother. She was raised by her grandma and grandpa. They owned lavender fields. Ledger lost love and went back to New York City, where his family business was, not knowing that Asher was in love with him. Years passed quickly and he ended back where he was 15 years ago and found Asher still living in Cedar Falls. He came to build a hotel for his father's memorial and to give slot of business to the area. He finds Asher and she still is in love with him after all these years. The chemistry was so hot between these two, of the charts as they say. They couldn't get enough of each other. Ledger had to prove he loved her like no one ever loved her!! I'm really sorry that I can't tell you what happens next with these two people. It's A fantastic story and you really need to read it. The author has out done herself in writing this book

Good read
Great book! I liked it Berrigan the first book in the series because there was more focus on the main characters. Ledger and Asher made a great couple, lots of chemistry with emotional and physical connections. I thought the things Ledger's father did to break them up when they were kids was despicable. I was glad to see that Ledger finally became his own man and got out from under his father's tyranny. I really liked Asher: she was courageous and was independent and insisted on making her dreams come true herself. So glad they got their HEA! Looking forward to reading Ford boom next

"My freedom no longer felt like it was given"
I bought this book on 6/28/22. And I unfortunately just now read this. But fortunately...I throughly enjoyed it.This wasn't a tear jerker like Last Resort. But I did see a tear in this one. When Ledger said - "need me". When Asher said- "need something to soften the heartache". And lastly- "you'll love me forever". Even though Last Resort is not needed to read this one, I'd highly recommend it. You'll get Callahan's story. Plus some minor details.Ledger and Asher saw one another as they were, not what society sees. And I was super proud of Asher for standing up to the rich "ladies". I liked Maxton (the guys father) in Last Resort and I absolutely loathe him in this one. He treated Asher like trash. Or the gum on his shoe. He really made me want to punch him...for Asher. She deserved so much more. I liked both Ledger and Asher. They really came together. Like chocolate and peanut butter. And Tootie (Ledger's 7 year old neighbor) was an absolute hoot. I liked her immediately and she really made me laugh. I was glad Adele (Asher's grandmother) took Asher in and made her an unofficial daughter. Since Lydia (Asher's mother) didn't.I was glad to hear from Callahan and Sutton (Last Resort). They had a cameo. And so did Ford.I really enjoyed this read. It was full of all things good. The characters really made a statement. And they really came alive. I was entertained and I have one question. Since Asher joined the Mile High club with Ledger. But Ledger said welcome to the Mile High Club. Did that mean he was already a member?

A second chance romance that gave me all the feels!
“This isn’t over, Asher. Not by a long shot. I’m not a patient man, but I’ve waited fifteen years to kiss you again . . . what’s a few more days?”A second chance romance that gave me all the feels! Ledger and Asher met at summer bonfire when they were just teenagers and fell in love over the subsequent summers together. But they were from different places in life and family obligations led to a lie that tore them apart. My heart ached for Asher and the way the small town of Cedar Falls treated her all over her mother’s indiscretions and even more so after Ledger left. Both were hurt by the lies that transpired and it was clear from the moment they saw each other again after 15 years apart that the spark of young love had never died! I love when the characters meet again for the first time in a second chance romance and when Ledger rolled back into town I knew he was not going to let the chance to reconnect with Asher pass him by!“Ledger is like my own personal double-edged sword. He has the ability to devastate me and put me back together without even knowing it.”Asher and Ledger had a lot of past hurt to overcome, both believing lies told to them that became part of who they were and that was not something that was going to be easily overcome. Ledger’s life was all about power and money and closing that next deal, but reconnecting with Asher showed him that slowing down and enjoying life could be part of his 10 year plan. Asher wanted to prove so much for herself, I loved the addition of how she was overhauling her families Lavender farm, the town drama, that Mayor was the worst and of course Ledger’s adorable neighbor Tootie!! Overall I really enjoyed this one, it was sexy and smart and had all those small town feels that I love! 4.5 stars for me!

Just Alright
While I was excited to continue reading this series, this book didn’t full excite me like the first one. It saddened me that Asher and Ledger were pulled apart in such a cruel way, but I am happy that they were able to find their way back to each other. I also didn’t like that their reason for being apart was kept secret… I understand protecting the ones you love but hated Ledger had to shoulder that. I’ll continue on as I’m curious about Ford’s story.

2nd chances are worth the wait.
This is the second book in the S.I.N serials, and here we learn about Ledger the eldest of the triplets. Asher and Ledger met 17 years ago and every summer they did so for three years until fate, in Ledgers father, drove them apart. Neither were particularly aware of the circumstances but each had a broken heart as a result. Neither could really find happiness. Asher was always judged by her wayward mother’s behaviour, and Ledger was always judged by his grooming father. Result not seeing each other. However the two meet 17 years later, when Ledger is forced to spend two months in Asher’s town, and a wonderful, romantic, heart rendering story evolves. I loved the character Tootie, she may be small, but mighty in attitude. The characters are all so well described and it flows so well. Great to be reintroduced to Ledger’s brothers, Callahan and Ford and also Sutton. A very difficult book to put down once fully absorbed. Next up Ford. It will be interesting to see how that also evolves. For the moment I prefer Ledger, but I also find Callahan endearing and intern. The humour persists but mainly with Tootie. A great way to escape reality is inside this book.

Ledger's turn
This book continues on from Callahan's. You have to read it in order. This book made me laugh, cry and smile. The character of Tootie was hilarious and just an awesome character in the middle of such a serious character of Ledger. While I think that the love scenes could've been more descriptive we still hot to feel the emotion.Yes, there are grammar issues but they don't effect anything.Ford is next.

Nicely written
Ledger is back in Cedar Falls because the local mayor wants Ledger to show that the town will benefit from the resort he is renovating. Ledger hasnt been back to the place where he used to spend his summers with his brothers and it brings back memories of his first love. When he meets Asher again all the old feelings return. He had been so in love with her at 17 but his father had found out about their relationship and had taken him back to New York telling him a lot of lies. Asher wanted to hate him but seeing him brought back their time together. He finally found out exactly what his father had done but in reality they had been too young and maybe fate would allow them to be together now.

Love's young dream gets a second chance
Ledger Sharpe and his family spent their summers at Cedar Falls. It was the three brothers chance to be carefree. As a teenager, Ledger falls hard for Asher Wells, and spends three summers in a row with her, keeping in touch throughout the year by calls and emails. That's why when, after their first time making love Ledger disappears and never contacts her again, Asher is devastated. This story starts 15 years later, when Ledger is back in town, his family business having bought a run down resort, hoping to inject new life into it and the local town of Cedar Falls. It's the resort his family spent time at when they were teenagers. On his way into town he calls into a bar and is surprised to find his childhood sweetheart Asher working behind the bar. Her frosty attitude to him is a surprise. However his old feelings for her come straight back to the forefront- she was stunning before, she is even more beautiful as a woman! Her feisty attitude is a complete bonus turn on.A lovely story of wondering whether that teenage love can be rekindled, can their differences be settled, and why did Ledger ghost Asher? You do find out the truth and it's a great journey to get there.
