Been searching for a solution for getting multivitamins. I've got a good habit of drinking water and filling up a water bottle each day. The drink mix just makes that more enjoyable. For the price, this was a no-brainer (especially comparing it to some of the others I've tried).Taste isn't bad - it's just not much. Because my water intake is about 1.5L, my solution is to add a sugar free pack of something else. That seems to do the trick.

I like the idea of a powder multi. Very easy to take. I just take it direct as it suggests. But you can also mix it with 8 Oz of your choice of drink. The individualized packaging helps as well.

I have been buying the individual packets for a few years now without issue but my last two boxes have contained a majority of packets where the product has gotten clumpy as a result of exposure to air. I’m uncertain as to if the packets just aren’t sealed properly or if the slit is too deep but I am very unhappy with the recent experience.

Awesome product! I feel more energy to get thru the tough workouts, quicker recovery and not so tired later in the day. The first day i decided to take some under my tongue and rest in my water that I drink during my workout because I wasn't sure how I might react. That worked great for me, I just continued to do just that on my workout days. Off days, I use half in water bottle first thing in the morning, the rest mid day. My trainer recommended this product. It is the only supplement he recommends. He owns a gym and could make money from MANY other products but will only sell what he knows will work, and this is it! As impressed as I am with the product I'm just as impressed with the company. They want to ensure the product works for you! They have reached out to me directly, something you NEVER see these days. I just started with this product, so will update in a couple of weeks. BTW, I'm not in good shape and it works for me. Others at the gym who are in good or even great shape use this and love it!
