Poor service and couches have different sizes of legs

This couch is incredible. I’m so impressed with how cute it looks given the price point. It’s obviously not the world’s most comfortable couch but the material is soft and it is definitely comfortable enough to spend a lot of time on! Several of my friends have slept on it using the pull back sleeper feature and said it’s super comfy. I think this is a hidden gem of a find! Also very easy to “put together” there was like one step!

There should be to more support legs that drop down to support the backrest side of the futon. I was sitting comfortably in the bed until I decided to roll over a bit too far and I heard a snap and felt the futon fall a bit . I've come to find out that snap was the central support leg giving out. I've had this for less than 4 months... that is an absolutely atrocious design flaw for a futon to have. It could cause some serious injury. I really do hope I can get my money back so I can get a futon that actually works the way it should and supports my laying on it!

Such a smart & fun & fabulous couch. Took a total of 10 minutes to put together. Easy to make into a bed & comfortable to sleep on.

Firm, quality, cool look

Received this sofa within a week of ordering it. Box was damaged, but I think the delivery driver did that when unloading it. It’s a heavy box to get in your home, prepare for help. Assembly was easy. Attach legs with screws, I used a drill. The arms slide on and off. Sofa is firm when sitting on it. It’s not going to be the most comfortable bed for sleeping. The color is a bright, deep forest green. Not olive at all. Not quite emerald. Not a Kelly green either. Overall it’s a really good statement piece and the perfect addition to my home office.
