Excellent product, 3rd time lucky!
We needed this toaster to match our kettle, but the first one failed after five minutes!The replacement did not work at all!I phoned the manufacturer who said they new of no problems reported! So thank goodness for Amazon, we sent it back and third time lucky👌We are very pleased with it!

Thought De Longhi would be great!!!!!!!
I was so disappointed with the toaster as it only toasted one side of the bread so I had to keep turning the bread to get a half decent piece of toast. Very sadly I decided to return it. I might try another one the same - as I already have the kettle. Still thinking about it!!!

De'Longhi Ballerina Toaster,
Would have been 5* as it does toast a full slice of bread but only downside is the browning level which unfortunately sets both sides of toaster so if you want different browning on either side this toaster is not the one for you
