Color better than expected - the zipper and the fabric are nice compliments to each other. I love the bottom of the pack and the nice easy to reach and pull zippers. I do wish that the internal pocket organizer had more stuff. It has a place for 3 pens/pencils and then a slot that would fit an iPhone 5 (without a case), and that's it. Oh it does have a key latch thing. I would like to see a wider pocket/slot and possibly some pen slots that you can put larger items like an epi-pen, and such. But overall this is a great pack. The sleeve for the laptop is nice. I use it right now to separate important papers from the rest of my junk in the bag. If my bag is heavy, I do feel it on my shoulders - so I wish that the shoulders straps were a little more thought through to be more easy on your shoulders. I had another pack like this for about 20 years - looked brand new when I donated it. I'm hoping to get the same out of this. Oh, and it has held up well during rain/snow. I haven't had issues with it soaking through.

When I first saw the picture of the bag online on Amazon, it looked as if the bag itself was Gold and the zippers were orange. When I received it, the entire bag and zippers came in orange, without any gold at all. I want to exchange this bag for the English Mustard because the English Mustard looks more like gold and the orange gold one does.

I got what I ordered on time as expected but the suede already tore.
