Flavor and benefit
The flavor and scent is great, strong and natural. I do find it helps me to breathe better while sleeping. I think the thyme and eucalyptus are more medicinal, while the anise and lemongrass make it enjoyable. I will continue to drink it every evening. I am glad to have found it, so many teas have artificial flavors.

Fresh sensation
The flavor it’s ok, I love eucalyptus but this tea has other herbs so yeah not so great for my taste. I still do recommend it if you want something different from the typical black or green tea.
