I’ve been using these for a few years now. I sleep on my side. I have small ears. They don’t hurt my ears. I tried a lot of ear plugs before I found these. Save yourself. If you sleep on your side just start with them. As soon as they start to lose their stickiness just get a new pair. The noise reduction is noticeably better than newer they are. Enjoy your peace.

I hate to say it buy my husband wears these every night because my snoring is pretty bad. Yes I admit it as a woman I snore. He tried all of the foam kind but once he started using these - that was the end of the foam ones. These mold to your ears and they last about a month before you need a new set. Literally a train could drive through your bedroom and these would block the noise. He did say that it takes a couple of nights to get used to them because they mold to your ears - but once you have gotten used to them - they work like a charm.

I have been using these ear plugs for years. They block out all noises, stay in my ears without falling out, and each application is good for weeks before they need to be exchanged for new ones.

I take these with me when I travel. These are softer and easier to mold than drugstore brands.

Since Covid, these have a new toxic smell. You have to leave the container open for a couple of weeks just to air them out. However, they are the best silencers of noise. Do not shove them into your ear canal. You just put them in your ear press, and it stays on the outside of your ear. Doesn't sound very Worthy, but it works unbelievably well!
