This is far from the worst protein powder drink I've ever had. It was a bit hard to get it to completely dissolve in water, but if you don't mind a few small clumps it was no big deal. The flavor was decent as well. It wasn't anything I would drink for kicks, but as a protein drink it was alright. It was a welcome change of pace from my usual chocolate protein shakes for sure! It comes in individual packets which makes it super portable for on the go drinking. It also has a really low calorie content which is also a plus. You can drink it post workout without feeling like you just drank all the calories you just burned!

You have to keep shaking or stirring because the wet solution like chocolate it will sink to the bottom after it separates from the liquids!!taste is okay!!!

Tasty and easy way to get a ton of protein with very low carbs. This definitely does not taste like a typical protein drink. It reminds me of a sweet tart.

I really like this drink. It provides a pick-me-up afternoons when I return from teaching. It tastes good and gives be quick energy.

Great tasting stuff. Very good.
