As a teacher a hot drink in a cup is a rarity until now! These are a lovely shape to hold, a hug in a mug, the drink stays hot for ages but doesn’t alter the taste. I loved mine so much I bought them for my staff as well.

I love the fact that no matter how hot the liquid in the mug, the outer is always cool to the touch.

Product arrived fast and was amazing until it wasn’t. The leak proof lid broke within a week. The sliding catch that sealed it broke and fell out. Now I have an open hole which results in it not being leakproof anymore. I don’t have a dish washer and only washed by hand daily, so unsure why/how it broke. The pattern on the cup is beautiful. Additionally, if using for tea washing by hand won’t be enough, it stains and hand washing won’t get the tea stains out of the stainless steel inside. I have brought a ceramic inside cup to replace.

Very pretty. The only thing is that it’s a bit awkward to drink from but that’s okay

Haven't used many times yet the closure on the lid has snapped, meaning it is open at the top and can't really be used now

Love my mug but find cleaning the part you drink from hard to clean

Keeps my brew warm for hours , which is perfect when you always forget about your drink. The only downside is it is so difficult to clean the lid as the opening is a slider and coffee gets stuck under there.
