I bought the Coolvie 12-inch twin-size Hybrid Mattress a few months ago for my 13-year-old daughter, and so far, it has exceeded our expectations. It arrived quickly, although the box was a little heavy for me to carry upstairs by myself. The instructions for opening the box and unwrapping the plastic were clear, and it was satisfying to watch the mattress regain its shape in just a few minutes. The hybrid design, which combines the support of innerspring coils with three layers of premium foam, really sets this mattress apart. My daughter finds it very comfortable, with the foam providing just the right amount of softness while the innerspring coils give it a supportive feel. After several months, she still reports sleeping well and hasn't experienced any sagging or loss of comfort. For the price, this is a fantastic product. Punctual, box in good condition, arrived cleaned. The mattres is perfect. We loved the experience.

Back pain was better but had to get a pillow top mattress pad to help hips which eased some but not enough body contouring fit. If you want full extra firm feel this is for you. I have hips and it doesn’t help for that.

I'm using it with a viscous bamboo cooling mattress cover. It's firmer than I was used to but apparently that is a good thing for my back and shoulders. I don't end up inches from the floor if I sit on the edge of it like was happening with my two thousand dollar mattress store "deal." Buying mattresses in person is scary and buying them online is maybe worse. Hopefully you'll be as happy as I am. At least we're not stuffing burlap with dried grass like Little House On the Prairie days, huh? I was scared to spend money on a new mattress. Getting rid of the old one was a huge hassle. But this turned out all right.

I am beyond happy with this mattress. I have had it for 3 years and I’ve never slept so comfortably. I was nervous about it not being flippable because every mattress I’ve had develops a dip overtime but this one hasn’t sagged at all. Still looks and feels brand new. It’s supportive and firm yet still soft. I’d recommend this to everyone I know.

Final Update: We have used the mattress for four months now. As noted previously, the mattress does lean more towards the firm side than the medium, in fact we own a firm mattress that is not as firm as this one is. That isn't to say this mattress isn't comfortable, but I am questioning if they actually sent the firm instead of the medium-firm option. I'll leave it at three stars, it's a good mattress, however you may find a better deal at one of the big warehouse stores. At least there you'll have samples to touch and look at. I'll start the review by saying this is day two, and I intend to provide updates over the next 80 -100 day (trial period). I made this purchase to replace an aged murphy bed mattress in our guest room. The mattress expanded almost to its full dimensions within an hour, and to its full dimensions within 6 to 8 hrs. The product page lists the mattress as "Medium Firm." I would say it leans more to the firm side than medium, however, we have not used it to sleep on yet so this assessment may change. I'll update this post accordingly if it does after the 72 hour waiting period. In terms of functionality, per the product page, layer 4 is constructed of foam and is noted as "smart air flow." The idea behind this technology is to manage heat and moisture build up. I'm not sure how this will work, given that it is the fourth layer down and the mattress has no side vents. If the three preceding layers are subjected to naturally occuring moisture, what happens to their functionality? Those layers are noted to be pressure relief, anti-fire and the pillowtop soft cover. Why is this important, because the product description also states the bed has only three layers, while the picture images depict 7. Given the dimensions are indeed correct, 75"L x 54"W x 12"H, I'd say the pictorial images are also correct and that there are indeed 7 layers, top to bottom. The mattress I purchased is a full size, so motion transfer may be different as the size increases. For this particular size mattress, the motion transfer is very good, in that you can move about without disturbing the person next to you. It is worth noting, a full size bed can accommodate one adult or two small children comfortably. Two adults may find it difficult, but it is possible... The noise level is also excellent with no noticeable sound imaging coming from the individually wrapped springs. Time will tell how durable the mattress will be, the quality of the material feels good to the touch, although thinner than a traditional mattress. In terms of a warranty, extended protection plans are offered at 58.99 and 70.99 for two or three years respectively. That in of itself is normal for today's marketplace. What is not normal is the absence of any standard warranty, 1 year, 5 years or something in between. The mattress as noted at the beginning of this post does have a 100 day trial period, there is also 10 years of customer support, which is not detailed, but it is listed. Because of the ambiguous descriptions and lack of warranty information, I'm starting this product off with three stars, with the hope that as time goes on, the questions of functionality and durability will be answered.
