Good product, bad delivery
The jars are great. Really happy with them. The 5 stars are for the product.However, the package - which had a large hole in it (see photo) - was left outside a neighbour’s house. I suppose I should be grateful it was the next-door neighbour, because the part of the label showing the house number and most of my name had been torn off (no photo, for security reasons).

Great customer service
Great jars, perfect for everything as they are wider at the top than the bottom meaning stuff doesn’t get stuck inside. There was a mix up with my order (got seals with the jars instead of plastic lids), this was remedied quickly and with care.
