Works good for bedroom. The window placement was bigger than my standard window seal so I had to cut it to fit. The AC makes a weird noice every so often like a rattle. Not sure how I feel yet about keeping or returning. Don’t recommend this as first choice.

I bought this AC unit in June, 2022 and by August it stopped cooling. I contacted the seller to explain the situation. They asked me to attach a picture of the unit. Why? I tried but the attachment would not work. I requested a refund but was told it was not eligible for a return. I have contacted Amazon customer service and they are helping me get my refund from the seller. I'll edit my review once I learn more about my refund.Update: Amazon customer service let me down. They did nothing to help me receive my refund. I actually never heard back from the rep that said she would help me. The company of the unit told me to take it to a local AC repair and they would reimburse me for the expense plus off a 30% refund. I haven't done that yet but looking to fund an AC repair service. This is too much trouble for what I spent on the unit.

The AC turn off and is not cold. I buy 4 and just i received two, they don’t want to give me the money back and is really don’t work

Bought this unit based on features and specifications for the price. Thought I would try to save 10-15% by purchasing a newer model with no reviews. Starting to 2nd guess my decision. First the PROs. Unit is easy to install and comes with the window unit which is long enough to fit sliding windows that open vertically. Unit is relatively quiet and cools my 400 sq ft bedroom. Now the CONs. The remote control on my unit only works with fresh batteries from a distance of 8 feet away. Its easier to use the touch controls on the unit. In a dark room the control buttons on the unit are not backlit so you have to turn on the light to adjust fan, temperature, etc? Manual for the unit is of little help. Not sure if there is a noticeable difference between the fan speeds. Fan appears to be on or off. I've tried to reach out to the seller of the unit to get assistance with issues with the remote and fan speed, but its been over a week now and still no reply ; (

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this unit and when it arrived I did the setup perfectly. Plugged power in, everything turns on EXCEPT it does not blow any air. It is a paperweight and a complete waste. I contacted the seller through Amazon and keep getting the run around always asking for pictures and video of which I do, but never a solution.I've escalated my problem to Amazon customer service and they are helping.

Put this in hottest, largest living room in house,Cools well bt loud

This AC Unit is trash. Mines came used and the window kit comes with no foam seal and the kit itself does not fit a horizontal window, it's too long. Had to initiate a refund. Seller tried his best to avoid refund until I submitted an A - Z claim.
