They work just as intended as long as you keep a few things in mind. Most importantly, they are not intended to compensate for large discrepancies in tile thickness, uneven substrates or poor installation technique. They are meant to even out MINOR lippage. as long as you are not trying to twist a tile up something ridiculous like 1/4" they work great. Next, they are a little too easy to break off. I know they intended the upper part of the clip to "break away" after the mortar has set but they made them just a little too easy to break loose. Any twisting motion at all as you are inserting the yellow wedge into the clip and it will snap right off, then you are stuck with pulling that tile up, removing the broken clip and installing a fresh one. Do not just leave the broken clip in place as it can actually cause the tile to be more uneven. Very frustrating until you really get the hang of it. The yellow wedges are reusable (to an extent) and the part of the clip you snap off can be used as a spacer for smaller tile, which BTW, these do NOT work on anything smaller than about 12x12 or so. But for 12" tiles and especially 18" or larger these work great when you get the hang of it.

Zero stars. over half break before using. It was so frustrating I stopped using the product. I would never re-buy because it was just a waste of time and money. The other product (LASH) I purchased at the same time as this order worked as advertised. I laid 40 16x16 tiles, and it helps a novice like me.

They are garbage. They break apart in your hand even before installing them. Not only are they not useable but you have to take tile back off the wall to remove the broken tabs and /or to replace with new ones. Do not buy. This is basically an imitation of the QEP Lash system and is not that much cheaper. Stick with the real deal and don't waste your money. This is the shower I tried them on but had to redo because of them.the spacers you see are QEP. Not this knock off brand.Chris

You get what you pay for...Cheap... I went with this instead of the T Loc. It was flimsy and did not stay in place well - except when it came to breaking off the clear T braces. They ended up breaking off at the top of the tile and requiring me to cut them out of the spaces manually. It was a very time consuming correction. I would NOT use them again.

These seemed like a good idea. They were kind of a pain. Trying to align tile on top of them then for a good portion of the top just snap off.I ended up just floating and leveling the tile the tried and test way.

These things wore my finger out but they worked so very well the floor is perfectly level

Good product could be stronger snaps if put to much pressure
