When I heard a N Korean defected for them, I had to give them a try
I remembered having a Moon Pie a few times, decades ago. These are similar but the smaller. I like that... just large enough for a snack. The flavor is as I remembered and excellent for lunch. I'm not sure I'd defect to another country to get one, but certainly worth a trip to the pantry. Amazon also sells some of the varieties sold in Korea. I'm wondering how these tea flavored varieties will taste.

Like a weird (but good) wagon wheel...
I booked them for a friend who loved them. They are biscuits with marshmallows inside and dipped in chocolate like a really weird wagon wheel... but delicious 😋

Super strong smell and taste of alcohol
I live choco pie, and had this brand in the past, but it was first time to order online. I bought two boxes for my kids and when opened one pie, the strong smell of alcohol surprised me. I tried one piece and it tasted like alcohol. I checked the ingredients on the pack and couldn’t find any mention of that. It tastes so bad no one can eat it. What a waste of money, the item is ineligible for return.
