Would highly recommend this swing set , was able to assemble it in just over a day including wood treatment, assembly was easy and 1 person can do it . Looks fantastic and kids love it .Great value high quality

The media could not be loaded. My husband and our neighbor had it up in maybe 9 hours. It’s definitely a 2 person job if you want it to go smoothly. All the pieces were there. Instructions were easy to follow. The cedar was in great shape and my husband even said it was good quality! I’m impressed that he’s so impressed, to be honest! We are going to add 2 2x4’s under the place where the kids climb on to go down the slide. That’s the only place that it seems bendy but it’s not unsafe, they just thought that over time it might be an issue. We are going to attach some monkey bars to one side and pull up bars just because my kids want to get better at it. Overall, to be such a huge item ordered off Amazon I am impressed! They delivered with care and it got here on time with no delays. We would recommend this swing set if someone asked us for some ideas on where and what to get!

This took a group of 4 adults pretty much an entire day to assemble, which was not fun on a hot afternoon. That being said, it came together nicely and seema very sturdy. We do plan to add a couple more beams underneath the platform for the fort as the kids want us to get up there with them and it's not meant for adult weight. We're very happy with this so far and the kids are absolutely thrilled.

Update: I finally finished putting this thing together ❤️ My daughter loves it and it looks great in our backyard.I have been searching for a playset for my daughter for a while now. As someone who works from home and needs to be able to entertain my child while I get things down, I've been researching and window shopping playsets for a year now. I finally took a leap and ordered this set from Amazon. The shipping took 10 days. I ordered on the 21st and it was delivered on the 31st. The boxes were huge. I quickly realized that I was missing an entire box and reached out to Amazon for resolution. They handled things pretty quickly and I was able to get started building the playset. My husband wanted me to get a contractor to build it, especially since he recently tore his bicep tendon at work and couldn't help much. I was determined to to it myself. I'm actually stull not done building it, but I have just a couple steps left. The parts are not organized by letter or number in the boxes. Everything is randomly packed. It would be great of they could organize it, because it would take hours off of assembly, but it's not a huge deal. It took me about 2 to 3 hours to unpack and organize everything. The instructions are so simple and easy to follow. I built the entire playset almost entirely by myself. Everything was laid out so very clearly, and between the BILT app and the paper instructions, it was so easy to follow along. My daughter loves this set. It's big, so she can grow into it. I also like the implemented safety measures.

Extremely impressed! Customer service from Backyard Discovery was amazing. We ordered through Amazon but when it was delivered they did not deliver the slide. When you purchase from Amazon they use a different carrier and warehouse . I contacted Amazon they could not locate the slide they wanted me to purchase a new one and they would credit my account. I contacted backyard discovery and they immediately shipped one out. They were Amaazing. Next time I’ll cut out the middle man and buy directly from vendor they were great. The product is made entirely from cedar and is very well made. The directions are super easy to understand and follow. Hardware is individually packaged in pouches and numbered. Plenty of extra hardware is provided if you make a mistake. Assembly can be done solo except for the initial standing up and screwing in of playhouse and the arm for swings. Other than that it can be completed easily with no help. It did take about an hour to unpack the boxes and organize the pieces but they are well marked so there were no issues. All the pre drilled holes were perfectly placed . I would highly recommend !!

I love this playset it took my and good friend of mine to complete assembly. On Saturday we meticulously sorted all the wood and screws and began to assemble some thing for about 3-4 hours. Sunday we started about 8am and completed the build by late afternoon around 4 or 5 after we did stop for lunch. Overall my kids love it they play on it everyday without fail we placed it under a large shade tree which it worked out perfect very well designed and sturdy I also applied wood sealer for added protection against weather elements backyard discovery did a great job with this playground I actually sometimes get on the swings myself I’m just a big kid so I hope this helps remember sort and organize first then select designated location and build good luck.

The playset I received is of good quality. Will obviously take a long time to assemble. The biggest issue is I have yet to receive the entire order meaning assembly will not be able to be completed. This should be shipped as a complete unit. The carrier they chose to use disregarded my appointment date, rescheduled and then rescheduled again with an incomplete shipment. I will not order from this company again despite the nice quality of the product due to poor delivery service. I am trying to get the rest of my shipment which should not be my responsibility. I don't know when or if I will ever get the rest of my shipment. The carrier says they don't come this way often. If that's the case they should use a different carrier or not sell products on here. Just an update, I contacted the manufacturer and they said they will take care of this issue. They were very nice and said it's not my fault and they would make sure I got the rest of the order. After speaking with their representative I will reconsider using them in the future if they make this right. The playset is very well made with clear instructions and packaging. The carrier obviously didn't bother to read the boxes which clearly remind them to remember the slide printed on every single box.
