Shipping was fast and seller is good so that's why the two stars. For the product, I don't like it and am sending it back. This is a small, thin wrap and I felt the heat in about 15 - 20 minutes. However, it is a very unnatural, uncomfortable feeling heat that is only hot on the surface of the skin. It is not moist or dry heat that sinks down into sore muscles where it is needed. My skin got very hot and felt like it was burning. The description indicates a burning feeling may occur but diminishes with use but there is no way I am going to continue feeling such burning. I even felt it for several minutes after I took the wrap off. I tried the wrap two or three more times and each time I felt the unnatural heat followed by burning although none of the times was my skin ever hotter than body heat. The wrap also has a chemical odor so I don't know if it's chemicals that are causing the burning feeling or the magnets but this does not work for me.

Disappointed. This feels more like a chemical burn than true heat. After it got to the point I could feel it, my neck started burning within 5 minutes. It burned for 20 minutes after I removed it, which real heat would not do unless it burned your skin. I didn't have any long lasting irritation, but will not use again. If it had worked better, the quality is still not good. One had a tear in it with threads sticking out and they both have a terrible odor.

Could have been perfect if not for......Both wraps arrived with strong chemical odor so I let aired for over a week before using. Although smell had lessened substantially, it was not completely gone (maybe should have tried washing), I used the grey wrap for first two nights. I did feel heat but was not so bad to have kept me up. In the mornings I had felt less of the usual morning stiffness and noticed the grittiness and clicking was less during morning neck stretches and exercises. On third night wanted to switch to black wrap but had then just realized velcro strip was missing on one side, rendering it unusable. I did not attempt a return since I had thrown out all original wrappings, had used and will continue to use the grey wrap. I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn’t for the odor preventing immediate use and especially if not for the missing Velcro preventing usability.

These wraps are lightweight and, for me,, they seem to relieve the neck pain almost immediately. I'm not sure how long they are supposed to last but they are inexpensive enough to be replaced periodically....maybe after a few washings.I'd recommend them to anyone whose neck is achy, sore and in need of comforting.

I’m loving it, it truly does the job supporting my neck just right being able to relieve the pain. I recommend this item to everyone with neck discomfort.

Some points that I love about these magnetic neck relievers are 1. lightweight and look as if you're wearing a chocker. 2. they heat up without using an outside source (microwave). I like them so much I ordered a set for a friend and sent directly to them. They told me these 'braces' help them too!

One of the two items was smaller. The magnets really heated up. Almost hot. Very different feeling. I have to take it off after a bit. I guess it works.
