Fresh and tasty
Being new to Gochugaru I was tentative at first. Purchased it to make Kimchi for the first time. Now I sprinkle it into quite a few dishes. It lends a unique flavour, sweet, sourish, smokeyish and a light chilli bite that is very manageable for a palette like mine that wants the chilli but not the long after burn, that for me closes down all the other flavours of the food! I'm pleased I purchased it and will definitely keep it in stock.
