What is the speed? the description shows 200mb/s, the pictures shows 100mb/s. which one is correct?

It’s just the read speed and it’s how the crafty manufacturers get us to buy these items. The most important thing is the write speed, which can be found in the specification details - the faster the write speed the better it is for the photo/videographer as intensive multi photo/bracketed shots need higher speeds otherwise the camera will slow down due to buffering the data being written to the memory card. Check your camera specs as there might be an upper limit that it can write at, then purchase cards that match/exceed the specs (a bit of future proofing if you will).

The picture shows sdxc the description says sdhc which one is it?

SDHC and SDXC are size related. SDHC holds upto 32GB whereas SDXC holds upto 128 GB. In other words, if you are getting a 32 GB card, it will be SDHC, whereas if you get 64 GB or 128 GB it will be SDXC.
