How are the expiration dates?

The expiration for our products range from 12 to 24 months. We recommend you avoid storing dates in an open container or bag at room temperature and to keep them in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer.

How many dates are in one serving?

I am not exactly sure. I use these mostly for cooking as I don't eat sugar. So a cup of dates is about 15 or so. I will say that these have been so much better than those in the yellow container you can get at the grocery store. They are larger and have better texture to them. Hope that helps!

I’ve never done it but here’s the google response: Dates should be kept in an air-tight container and can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated up to 6 months, and frozen for up to 1 year. If purchasing dates in bulk meets your personal needs, you may opt to refrigerate or freeze any excess dates.
