Love this muffin pan! The Monfish Jumbo muffin/cupcake pan is made so well that I know I’ll be passing it down to my grandchildren along with my cast iron frying pans. It’s not flimsy, like others I’ve had, but very sturdy and everything I’ve baked in it comes out easily and nothing sticks to it which makes it so easy to clean. It’s perfect for baking larger portions. The cups measure 3 1/2” at the top, 2 1/2” at the bottom, and 2” deep. I highly recommend this pan.

Honestly, we didn't rea;;y think about our muffin pans until we bought these. Oh my, what an upgrade! We have both this size and the jumbo size (extra deep) muffin pans from Monfish. The heavy weight and finish on these muffin pans are exceptional. Because of their weight and ceramic coating, they heat so evenly without ever burning. Because we always use parchment liners, clean-up is a breeze. We followed the seasoning instructions, which were really a non-issue. We can see how careless handling could chip the ceramic coating, which means that we'll be mindful of it in order to have these pans forever; they're that good. Worth the cost. As an aside, we have fry pans with a similar ceramic coating with the same exceptional performance level. This hard ceramic surface is truly non-stick without polluting your food like Teflon or off-brand coated cookware. With silicone utensils, zero scratches.

Large and sturdy and an easy wash

Absolutely love this pan worked perfectly for what I needed it for. I would definitely recommend it.

These appear to be excellent in their sturdiness and potential for baking great muffins, or a variety of things. They remind me of the old fashioned pans my grandmother had years ago.
