It's a nice blanket. First thing I did was wash it and tumble dry low because these kinds of blankets shed a lot! Dramatically reduced the shedding. Blanket is very soft after washing. Happy with the price I paid for it ($30). I wouldn't agree that this is "luxury" like the seller claims it's a standard material but you will definitely want to wash it before use to get rid of excess hair.
