Outstanding product but inexplicably scarce in stores. On line prices are very high, but this this supplier has the lowest price available. Shipment was prompt and product was as advertised.

Good for Dogs too!
I bought this through Amazon when I could no longer find it in local supermarkets. I use it for two things: making great bran muffins, and soaking-then-mixing with my dog's dry dog food - it helps with digestive problems (particularly, pardon me, but specifically with anal gland issues).

I love this cereal I keeps you regular! not many carbs, the taste is not the best, but at least it does not contain any sucralose or aspartame,a nd it is so good for you.
