Curbside Delivery is a Residential lift-gate service, delivered as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. You are responsible for carrying into the premises, unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials. It is recommended that at least two people are available to assist with carrying into the premises and unpacking.

DO NOT buy anything from this manufacturer!
This looks like the reformer I worked out on for several years but it is not as shown in the picture!!! I made several calls and emails to the manufacturer who did respond, but basically said they have no problems in Europe with their design and only US customers complain. Not a reasonable response for a product I paid $4500.00 for! The carriage was 17 inches from the foot board, making it impossible (even with the adjustments you can make) to use it like the others I have used in studios. My husband had to drill holes in the side to move the stoppers down so that the carriage would come closer to the foot board. There is absolutely NO instructions except the diagram to put it together, for all the bands and extra springs they included. The springs are so weak that I have to have all five on to even warm up! There is no padding at all on the carriage except the shoulder pads. Very uncomfortable to use. I wanted desperately to send it back but they said once it was out of the shipping container it was non returnable. How would you know the design was so screwed up unless you set it up?
