I loved the design. I loved the offer they gave. ₹ 13,300 for 3 bags was a good deal for that design and style.In fact, I loved it so very much that I bought corresponding covers to ensure that the bags are taken care of while travelling.1st Journey - the numerical lock of the largest bag gives away.2nd Journey - the numerical lock of the medium bag gives away.So now, if I have to use the bags, I have to use it with an external numerical lock on the chain which looks super silly.I have been using Delsy for almost 10 years and boy oh boy - what bags !!!! But even if I don't compare it to the sturdy build of the Delsy bags with Nasher Miles, these bags are not even basic sturdy. Remember the 2nd journey lock issue. Well, it locked and wouldn't open. I called a locksmith, and he guided me how to force open it. Yes, me a novice at breaking locks, did that with a knife and instructions over a mobile call with a locksmith.The castor wheels are just made for granite or marble surfaces. Think twice before using them on concrete surfaces.Design with quality is a must. So I might have bought it at a bargain, but in the end, I did pay the price.
