Excellent service!
Well constructed and worked very well, unfortunately one side failed to work after 12 months.One email to haden and the excellent staff got it easily sorted and had a brand new one sent to me by DPD within 2 days, under the 2 year warranty.You don't get service like that so much now, and they were all human - no 'Chatbot' rubbish!! 👍

Excellent service
We have been very happy with the toaster it looks great and makes wonderful toasted bread. We did have a little problem with the catch and when we contacted the seller they had no hesitation in sending me a new replacement straight away couldn’t ask for more. Top class customer service.

As expected
Works well. Cooks evenly. Wanted a toaster without the little ridges in the top that just catch crumbs in and a pain to clean. Of coyrse it means crumbs go on your counter more but they did even with the little rdhe in my last one so nothing different to me. So this met that criteria. Easy enough to use. I like the design. Easy to wipe down. Had a few months now and still happy with it. Would recommend
