charged for shipment of another defective product!
Responding to my complaint of a defective controller, shipped as part of a solar pump system ordered from Fisters,Fisters replaced the FAILED 6 Ah controller/battery with a 10Ah unit with 3 led lamps, and a switch. (no lamps or switch on the 6 Ah unit. The replacement came more promptly than Amazon's prediction, still weeks after the "Extra Price" order. No hazmat label was on the package, and the Lithium Battery was fully charged. No manual or documentation was shipped with the controller. It worked briefly, but would not recharge the battery, and FAILED.After providing a product that failed, it was not a good sign that the company demanded payment for the replacement. I would advise against doing business with this firm: no quality control, disregard for US law for shipments, very poor support for the customer!

Ordered a new battery
We ordered a replacement battery for our solar panel. Was able to upgrade to the new battery. They were very fast to get it shipped out after payment.
