Why does it have Cocamidopropyl Dimethylamine?

Cocamidopropyl Dimethylamine and Salicylic Acid are sold together as Curcylic 40 by cosmetic ingredient suppliers. It helps make the salicylic acid water soluble and more sense since usually SA is lipid soluble only.

Has anyone found that this serum reduces an oily face?

I did not find that it helped to reduce sebum production. My sebum production remained the same when wearing the serum, which I only put on at night. If you wear it during the day, you'll need to make sure that you put sunscreen over it. Alternately, you can wear it with a mattifying moisturizer.

Can this be used on my scalp under my hair?

Well guess your scalp is under your hair but dear this is a face serum. Try ACV once a week mixed with same amt of water as a rinse. Use tree tea shampoo also if you have oily scalp issues. The ACV will also clean any product build up and makes your hair soft. Good luck. BTW, I returned this product as it was too drying for my skin.

治り方バグ！高校生ニキビが治らなくて困ってたけど毛穴のポツポツ？みたいなのが原因でニキビ繰り返してる人とかにはすごいくらい効きます！自分は3日でざらつき減ったのがわかりました笑後保湿はかなり必須でクリームで蓋をしても翌朝少し突っ張ります連続しようは3日までですね。ニキビの薬使っても治らないって人は毛穴詰まりがあってそもそも薬が浸透しないってことが多いと思うのでその原因である詰まりをこれで解消すればすごいくらい肌綺麗になってニキビも治ります！自分は脂性肌でざらつきがあったので乾燥肌の人にはお勧めしません！脂性肌で毛穴詰まりの人特化という感じですね
