Okay, I have to admit that I really like this thing. I got it for my son's room to use as a nightlight and to play music to help him sleep. It's awesome for that, and had a few surprises to boot.First off, the sound is actually pretty good. It doesn't resonate or clip, and can get surprisingly loud for the price and size. It's easy to hear Bluetooth music coming from our Echo Dot in the other room over the white noise machine we also keep running nearby.The light is really cool too - my son (who is 5) loves to tap the top to change the colors. If I had one complaint, it's just that the light is too bright. Even at the dimmest setting, it's pretty bright, and the colored lights don't allow changes to the brightness. However, my son hasn't complained about it, so it's not a big deal.Finally, I love that it's battery powered. I leave it plugged in, but we lost power the other night, and we ended up being able to use this as a lantern. It lasted about 7 hours that way, too.Overall, I'm really happy with this one!

Exactly what I was looking for - An adjustable light that I can dim at night and play podcasts before bed. The instructions for operating the light were a little hard to follow, so be aware that you have to press the light button on the front and THEN tap the top mesh to actually turn on the light and change its brightness (3 brightness levels). Or long tap to change into color mode, and then short taps to cycle colors. Once I got the hang of it I really like being able to simply tap the top to change it. Very easy and kind of cool! I just wish the instructions were clearer.Audio quality is average; about what I expect from a speaker in this price range. Not going to win any awards, so don’t make it the centerpiece of your next party, but for light music and podcasts it does just fine. If you’re looking for an affordable basic bluetooth speaker that doubles as a light, this is a good choice.

I initially liked the design on the pictures they have and the size and its beauty. And of course the price. So no doubt the pictures are correct when it comes to size and features.But then the sound cannot be shown in the pictures. And thats where this needs an improvement. So usage wise, its all good easy to use and one button on / off.The lights are nice, you actually get 3 modes of brightness. Just touch the top part from where you get the sound and you are good to go.The Bluetooth synch was kind of little tricky but worked out well. So i am disappointed with the sound quality and the volume. I was not able to get a high pitch sound from this. Like a party. But not sure if other bluetooth speaker gives that sound which i am expecting. I had the same issue with one the Sony speakers recently.

I used it occasionally and the volume control was defected after 3 months as I heard a very low sound that almost hard to hear.*** Edited on 2018-08-29, one day after this review was posted, and*** to raise its rating for their quick after-sales service.The customer service contacted me right away for the product's issue and willing to send me a replacement.A better rating would be given once the replacement satisfied its job.*** Updated: 2018-09-15They shipped me the replacement fast, and it works as it should be so far. When I first ordered this it wasn’t too hard to hook up and it had a decent quality and volume to it. Within a week it wouldn’t work or connect. It would turn on link up and then just nothing. I wrote a negative review and was sent a replacement. The new one worked for 3 months and again it’s dead. Won’t even turn on. So that’s two without a year. Not even a year. I keep it plugged in for my amazon echo so it’s not the battery. Again I’m extremely disappointed with this product again so beware anyone who purchases it. I have not received another replacment from the company. So please beware about buying this product. Maybe the bigger one they make is better but I’m not taking the risk. Good luck!

I got this to use in my classroom with my iPhone, I charged it and was able to easily sync it! Yay. The light is not intuitive, I set it down too hard one day and figured out that's how to turn it on, off, and change the color. Ok- I was using the speaker, no problem, until I charged it the third time...never worked again. Indoor gentle use- total waste of money Garbage!

I have uploaded it here.I added a photo to show how to adjust the volume which took us about 20 minutes to figure out one night.Bought this to record stories for my granddaughter to listen to at night. Easily downloaded a bunch online and put them on a micro-sd card which fits into the unit. This would be wonderful if I could figure out how to use it. Hard enough for grandma, there's no way my 7 y/o granddaughter can figure it out.

I just received this yesterday, and opened it to us it in my daughters room. It's very nice and colorful, it kept my 2 year old entertained for a good minute. The Bluetooth was very easy to connect and the volume is at an average level. It doesn't get to loud but it is still loud enough to fill an average size room with music. I liked how it is compact and I can place it anywhere without it being in the way. The only disadvantage I can find with it is that the Bluetooth range is not that great. The most you can step away from it without losing the connection is around 8-10feet.

Its supposed to change to different colour lights but it doesn't change which is pretty disappointing. Plus you can't change the Bluetooth name of the speaker to secure it.The battery lasts long if you don't use the light.After only charging the speaker 3 times the USB cord doesn't stay in and when I looked it was twisted and bent inside the speaker. I always plugged it in the proper way and never forced. My family is in the computer biz. The USB port was made with poor quality metal pieces.I'm going with another seller. I would get my money back if could.

I bought this product as a gift and the person loved it. It connects easily and broadcasts music perfectly and acts as a very cool table night light. Highly recommend it!

Very cheaply made (in China)...Sound quality is poor...Sometimes works ok sometimes not...Expected to last a few months...3/10
