One of our cats really loves to kick litter and also back up to the very back edge wall of his box to pee. Splashes would get all over the back walls and onto the floor! He refused to go into covered boxes we tried, even a giant gallon storage container I cut an entrance hole into for him.These nifty little shields are not much, but they are working so great! They took about 5 minutes to put on, and it's been over a month with no splashes! We only needed 2 panels to cover the back wall and a small portion of the sides, and while it's covering his messy spots, it's still open enough that he's not being fussy about getting into the box!

I love these sides and should have bought them a long time ago. I am trying to figure out how to use them with an automatic litter box I also have.

I was looking for something that would accommodate my low profile litter box (no hood) we have a Siamese who doesn't seem to want to keep his butt down when he pees, instead it's s steady stream that goes from 10 degrees to almost 90 degrees lol. When I saw this item come up I was a little skeptical butfor the price and simplicity of it I couldn't pass it up.The plastic is sturdy but very pliable. This works for me as I keep the litter box in my office under a little table (they seem to enjoy going there) and it's been a huge benefit for me since I don't have to wipe up egregious spots of cat pee. It comes with some heavy duty velcro /strong adhesive. You place it on 3 sides of your cats litter box , and on your plastic sheets you put the other sticky side w the velcro lining and voila you have 3 high walls to stop errant cat pee bullets from ruining your walls and furniture.

These are thin and flimsy and covered one side of my litter box, so the value wasn’t there for me. The adhesive is strong,But my cat is still able to make a mess in the box.

one of my kitties was lifting up just over the edge of the box. so far so good. i think they actually deter her FROM lifting up. just make sure to clean the box well first and the sticky velcro sticks very well. i think they at times actually reach up and try to scratch it down but it has stayed firm. i only use one because it was only on one side that she did that.

I think these are a great product and good value for the money. My only complaint is that it made cleaning my bunny box a bit challenging as I have to dump the litter and the shield gets in the way.Still serves the purpose and keeps the litter from getting all over the floor.

The adhesive doesn’t stick very well

The plastic is thick enough to not fold over on its own and the Velcro included to hold up the screens to the inside of the container works well. There was enough extra Velcro included to account for a mistake in sizing which was nice. I ended up using my own double adhesive as well to account for overlapping some of the sheets to make sure there wasn't any gaps in case a cat decided to have precision aiming when using the litterbox.

Very sturdy walls very sticky Valero easy to assemble ( I gave box a really good clean before assembling) used a piece of gorilla tape for extra measure as I didn’t line up the sheets very well and didn’t want the pee to go through the joinI have a XL stainless steel tray for measurement ( it came with a “tall pee shield” but wasn’t quite high enough for my giraffe cat lol )Got these as my male doesn’t squat to pee 😡 and the Rubbermaid container I had was getting hard for him to just in and out and didn’t want him to start looking for other convenient areas to pee

Got this for my cat that can't aim, this did the trick and I have 2 extra sheets I can use on other boxes.

Love the Velcro. Stays on and makes sides high enough
