Works perfectly. I generate a LOT of earwax. Rather than going to a professiional - thought I'd see for myself what goes on.I did find where the hair on my head migrated to=== it is growing inside my ears. I was able to remove bits of wax clinging to the hair, but it was hard. Of course this was my first time. The setup is in VERY small print. The set up procedure is something new - at least new to me. At age 86 was still able to follow, but I can see others might have problems, They should make more detailed instructions available online, I am surprised hw cheap it was, and the great quality even for a product from China.

I use this regularly to clean my ears. The camera is so handy to make sure you don't go too deep. The tips are sturdy and the silicone makes for a comfortable experience. I love that you can take photos or videos, so if there's an issue with your ear you can document it for your doctor or your reference.It's so easy to use and the battery lasts quite a while. I'm happy with the price as well. I think it's a great value.The acne tip is also handy, but be careful if you have a face picking habit. It's easy to get too focused and go overboard.Overall I highly recommend this product!

I had a doctor recommend I get one of these for doctor on demand and never bothered to get it but then I kept hearing something in my ear so I broke down and got one.This thing is awesome and the picture is great. It's also pretty awesome for popping pimples.It doesn't hurt,The battery life in the beginning was great but after a while you need to keep it plugged in to use it dies so fast. So durability on the battery isn't the greatest but it still works great,Just needs plugged in while in use. Great value for the money and easy to use. Works to get ear wax out as well

The media could not be loaded. I have slight hearing loss in my left ear and have had painful chronic ear infections my entire life. Sometimes resulting in losing the ability to hear in one or both of my ears for awhile. The ability to be able to see exactly what is going on is a lifesaver to prevent any further damage or pain. The app is not hard to connect at all, the light is bright enough to see where it needs to, the warmth of the light in my ear alleviated so much pain I had been dealing with. The video quality is not perfect but pretty good. Especially for the price they're asking. Once I got the hang of angling th camera and exploring it was easy to scoop put excess skin and bacteria/pus from my ear. It is easy to clean the tip or replace with another to use it elsewhere. It is able to be used in your mouth, nose, and ear. So it's very versatile. I put my own pictures above of my ear infection for anyone wondering why I'm so impressed. The first picture is before,2nd is after with bacteria on my eardrum that I have to let heal on its own or with antibiotics. But look how much easier I made it for my body to be able to fight that off. I posted a small video as well to show just how well it scoops, and a picture of my other eardrum/inner ear and how detailed the camera is. If you have any reason at all to grab one for yourself or someone you love...do it. It is definitely worth the money and should be normalized in grooming. I wish I knew about it earlier.
