No pen in the package, going straight back. I basically paid £15 for a £1 notebook

I don't know how or whether this notebook will work any better with the Moleskine smart pen but it employs n-code markings on the page for the pen to work with - and these notebooks are advertised on the Neo website. There are so many gaps in the writing that is picked up by the pen to make it entirely useless; I've tried different pressures, different lighting, different writing surfaces... All to no avail. In contrast I wrote on the pocket notebook that came with the pen and it worked flawlessly. On that paper the n-code markings are slightly clearer.

This isn't a bargain! It is only the smart notebook without the smart pen, not a system as described. Sending back.

These are my go to journals. Sturdy, but compact enough to carry in my bag. These are well made and will serve you well whether you need a journal, project notes or anything else you want to keep in one place.
