Its delicious!
I really love this chili paste. It has layers of flavor, and is so great with so many things, like chicken or potatoes, noodles, eggs, bread etc... I just want the senders to be aware that I received one bottle that wasn't closed tightly enough and leaked. Another had a very small amount of leakage.

My new favorite condiment
I love this stuff. There was a Georgian restaurant we used to go to; sadly, it closed during the pandemic, but I've learned how to make some Georgian dishes and breads that we learned to love from going there. Still, there was no way I was ever gonna make my own adjika. I learned about this brand, made just up the way from us by Georgian immigrants living in Washington state, and decided to give it a try. At first, we just put it on katchipuri and other Georgian dishes, but pretty soon we were spreading it on fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, bread and cheese ... it adds a smoky, umami-ish, slightly spicy depth to so many foods! It also keeps very well in the fridge for a long time, which is good because you don't need much to add flavor. My husband called it "ketchup for grownups" and that's not far from the truth. It's so good, y'all. Try some.

Not to my taste.
My husband is from Georgia, so I sometimes cook Georgian food. I made my own Adjika spice, but decided to compare it to an "authentic" one. I came to a conclusion, that mine is better and definitely fresher.
