Faulty product
Our X treasure box arrived, but inside were two animals instead of one but neither animal has a face (see picture). The product is clearly faulty in some way. I tried to get a refund but it's asking me to send the product back. Disappointed with the overall experience.

Die Kids hatten beim auspacken ihren Spaß. Einmal war die Figur in Schleim drin, bei dem anderen in einer Art Kinetic Sand. Auf jedenfall sehr cool und die Kids wünschen sich direkt weitere. Die Figuren selbst sind etwa Handteller groß.
