Very cheap quality, after a few times usage, it becomes useless.

We were initially happy with the purchase, I bought this bag for my daughters birthday. Cute, good size (wish it was a TINY bit bigger). She used it once, no issue. On the second use the zipper broke. And it is just past the return window. Very disappointed. I did contact Amazon customer care, and they allowed the refund even thought it was a couple weeks past the return window since it was defective and we didn't know until we had the chance to use it. Happy with Amazon customer service.
