Help for Thinning Hair
I started taking this Biotin in hopes of helping my hair that is falling out due to dietary restrictions. I bought this because of the high potency after researching what would help with thinning hair. After a couple of months of taking one a day, my hair has stopped falling out and new hair is growing in. The pills are not large, they are easy to swallow, and I have had no side effects. Not to mention this is by far the best value for the money! Whether this is the reason my hair is growing back? Who knows. But I will continue to take them as I know they are good for hair, skin and nails. As an older adult, Biotin supplements are beneficial.

So happy to see progress in a short time
I've been taking biotin with keratin for several years and have been satisfied with their efficacy. However, my usual brand was not available and so I purchased Vitamatic High Potency Biotin instead. The first thing I noticed was that these are tablets as opposed to capsules and are easier to swallow as they are smaller. I've been taking them for almost two weeks and I have been surprised at how fast I saw a difference in the strength and color of my nails. It looks like I have a french manicure. My nails are very strong and white. The dosage on these tablets are higher than my usual ones and I won't go back to them. I highly recommend the brand and the stronger dose.
