It was a beautiful mirror. I installed it around October end 2023. However, the LED light stopped working a couple of months ago. Used for less than 200 hours. Is there any way we can replace it?

Mirror arrived in great condition undamaged. Installed and worked flawlessly for almost 2yrs! All of a sudden it stopped working and the seller sent me a new LED Driver! Installed and works great again! Great customer service! THANK YOU!!

Was a trial and error process, took a couple orders to get the right one, that worked. But the final result is spectacular.

We moved into a new house, and had to paint before we hung the mirror. I just hung it today, and though I am a DIY guy and do a lot of installs myself, this took me over 7 hours (including 3 trips to the store). The first thing I noticed when I read the instructions was to hand this on a brick wall or rock wall, something very sturdy. This means not in a bathroom because most bathrooms don't have a brick wall or rock wall. We ended up making and installing 4 oak 1X4 pedestals, about 6 inches long to screw into the studs, so that the granite raised edge on the sink could hold the weight. It would have been much easier if they created a frame that could be screwed into the studs and had the knobs for the mirror to slide on it, once it was installed.Them there was the cord. Not only was it relatively short, it was round, coming out of the back of the mirror. This created a space between the mirror and the wall, so the mirror could not hug the wall. The bottom screws into the wall had to accommodate this extra needed space. I am not an engineer, but I still could have created a better system that would make this mirror easier to hang and safer to hang.Finally, the backlit lights were nice, but not very bright. It would have been better if they were brighter. I suggest looking closely at how these heavy mirrors are mounted to the wall before you buy one, and unless you have a brick or rock wall, don't purchase this one. This statement is based on the instructions.

I researched at nauseum every single lighted vanity mirror available online in the 48”x24” size up to 400 bux. I’m a lighting snob by career so a descent CRI was important. I also would have preferred either adjustable or fixed kelvin color temp in the 4-5k max. I also wanted a frameless design so the light illuminated the wall as well as cast light forward. But good luck finding those features in this size and price range.PROS: Very well made. Easy to install and comes with a great manual. Very nice looking contemporary design with the edges of the glass being frosted and lighted instead of it being a fat inset light frame away from the edge. Turns on with light switch. Excellent packaging. Excellent value.CONS: Light quality and brightness is disappointing at best. The 6k kelvin color temp sux. It does not generate enough light brightness on its own to apply makeup or shave. The light from this mirror is basically a decoration. It’s not even a descent fill light. You will need addition lighting to light your vanity area properly.COMMENT: Defogging is a gimmick whereas if you need that you really need to up your exhaust fan game in the bathroom big time! You need to suck the moisture out of the air while you are using hot water so you don’t start a mold factory in there.I didn’t expect this unit to be equal to a $1000 96+CRI movie light cuz let’s face it, u get what pay for. But it does deliver perfectly what I wanted, the correct dimensions to fit my vanity and the light glow on the wall around it with clean looking lighted area on the front of the mirror. The 6000 Kelvin light temp is gawd aweful, frikking blue light, while better than the green cast of the early spiral fluorescent bulbs, it just not pleasing. I plan on attaching a gel strip over the LEDs to correct the color so no biggie.On the issue of light color, your walls must be white in order to properly reflect the light from these. A dark colored wall or beige or whatever will just make the light the paint color. If you need the optimal brightness from this unit your wall it’s mounted on MUST be white.I do recommend this unit providing u r not expecting it to be your primary light source.

The mirror is beautiful and was packaged very well. It is a bit tricky to install as all four screws need to be in the exact spot on the wall. The "keyhole" openings on the back of the mirror slide down over the screw-heads on the wall. We purchased the 48 x 36 mirror and it is heavy and took two people to hang. We did make a paper template using one large piece of paper. We placed the paper on the back of the mirror, marked the center of each keyhole, and then hung the paper on the wall. Once the paper was on the wall, we used a pin to pierce the paper and make an exact mark on the wall. We direct-wired it to a nearby light switch and did not use the outlet plug. By the way, the outlet plug is bright yellow, so we did not want to use it.

This mirror does exactly what we were looking for. The backlighting accentuates the wall tile in our bathroom.

The media could not be loaded.  Pros: High end finish, modern looking, excellent price & value.Cons: The mirror face on my unit was not perfectly square to the back of the mounting frame. So leveling was a challenge. The frame anchors in the wall were level across but the mirror when hung was not.

Mounting options are a little lacking but quality of device and the light it throws is very good. Highly recommended.

Really surprised that a mirror this size got here in perfect condition! Looks amazing

First one came with the defogger and light touch switch NOT working.Got replaced through Amazon as the seller didn’t respond to enquirers in timely manner.The second one in just one month the defogger switch stopped working. Now it’s out of replacement warranty.Disappointed

The mirror looks great, but when I went to install it, they only sent the short hanging bar and I intended on hanging it horizontally, or by the long side. I tried to reach out to TokeShimi, but they did not respond. Not sure if it's a language barrier, or that the after sales just don't care once the sale is done.
