Klein Tools 69381 Alligator Clip Test Leads, Heavy-Duty Banana Plug Replacement Leads, 3-Foot

These are a must-have for your Klein multimeter. I don't know if they fit other brands, but I can tell you that they do NOT fit the Harbor Freight Cen-Tech multimeters. These are serious alligator clamps that will easily attach to automotive style batteries as well as clamp on to small wires with its two stage clamping system. Right at the tip it has a small section to grip small wires. Clamping force is excellent too. The alligator clamps detach from the banana clips, so they are replaceable. They have a super solid connection too, so they will not come detached unless you want them to. I was surprised that these are made in China though, because I thought Klein made all their stuff in the USA, but apparently not. Still, great quality piece of kit though.

There are cheaper options that likely work just as well but in a few cases I splurge to get a Klein. In this case, my mm400 Mulitmeter was made by Klein so I got these. PROS ✅ Heavy Duty ✅ Clamping Power ✅ Good variety. ✅ Built-In Flashlight CONS ❌ Size - ok so far for me but others say they are a bit too big TIPS 💡 Compatibility - description says "Most" so search reviews for confirmation on your specific multimeter. These leads are great and the clips work well. I'm actually using them on my Ames CM1000A meter from Harbor Freight. They work fine.

These alligator extensions are a perfect addition to my Klein MM300 which is an inexpensive model. It only came with simple test leads and very small contact ends. The alligator clips have varied serrations to attach "jaw" to whatever is needed. I use them in conjunction with the other leads so I only need one hand to contact and one to hold the tester if I need to. The best part is when I decide to upgrade my tester, these will fit the new device.

I love my Klein multimeter and use it often. I did not get alligator clip probes with the meter. So these probes have added convenience to my great multimeter. They work very well and seem to be good quality.

This clamps fit perfect and makes life so much easier while using your multimeter by freeing up your hands to get proper readings

Large alligator clips imprinted with 1000V and 10A. The are heavy duty for serious professionals or a DYI like me trying to impress your friends. Yes, they were impressed, both of them.

Now that I have these, I miss the test probe leads that I have with my other set (see left side of picture). I see Klein has something similar with part 69410 but those don't have the alligator clips which I want..... bummer. In the end, I do use the alligator clips more than anything, so I do like these - and the price is good - but I didn't pay close enough attention to this point when buying them.

Works perfectly and holds up to Klein quality. Great for draw tests clamps and large and strong. Resistance values good.

Makes my circuit board testing a lot easier! Definitely recommend if you a tech of some sort
