ZOSI 4K PoE IP Security Camera, Weatherproof Dome Camera with Person Vehicle Detection, Color Night Vision, Outdoor Indoor Power Over Ethernet Surveillance System, Only Work POE NVR

I purchased the NVR kit over a year ago. These are great cameras, really easy to connect to NVR, basically it’s just plug & play. It was Also very easy to set up on my phone so I can watch remotely. The picture quality is excellent for both day & night time viewing & I can also zoom in to different areas. It’s also nice to have alerts when the camera sensors intruders. I have just purchased another camera to add to my system, my NVR is 8 ports and it came with 4 cameras, I am looking to keep adding to the system, so I can have all 8 ports filled up. After purchasing my new camera, one of my original cameras had stopped working. I contacted Zosi & have been chatting to a lady called Ell who responded quickly and has helped me resolve my camera problem. The fault was to do with the power supply connection on the camera. ELL is sending me out a POE splitter to resolve this for me. I am very impressed with the after sales and speed of delivery these cameras arrived in.

I use the cameras from my work place, easy to set up and excellent quality.Initial thoughts on the app we're that I've made a mistake.Them came the update and now extremely happy how everything works.One camera failed and the support in trying to trouble shoot the issue was very good an prompt. We couldn't fix the fault but was sent a new camera the next day to replace the faulty one.Excellent service all round!

The media could not be loaded.  One of my cameras failed on my CCTV and I contacted Zosi.Bessie from Zosi responded and immediately helped me diagnose the problem and then arranged for this replacement camera.Camera arrived within days and I have had it for a few weeks and it works as expected with good images at day and also very visible images at night.
