Delicious, clean tasting, mild flavor, versatile.

We received this USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC EVOO, today (2/25/26). The bottle indicates it's best to use it by 6/30/26 which is just a few months down-the-road.

This is the real deal. From the oldest olive oil producing source in the world, Crete.

i only consume certified organic, which limits the products available to me on amazon. i cannot access my preferred brand anymore so i did a lot of research before selecting this oil. this is now my go-to oil. i like that it comes well packed (bubblewrapped inside the box to prevent breakage and limit spillage), and the outer packaging itself is appealing, and certainly suitable as a gift. i was drawn to this oil partially because of its greek (crete) origins. i really like my extra virgin olive oil very strongly flavored, and this is not that. it is very very mild. the flavor itself is pleasant, it's just very very mild. i use it for cooking (pancakes, bread, rice etcetera) and also for drizzling, and it adds a lovely flavor. it's also very smooth. i just wish it had a stronger flavor. this 500ml bottle lasts well even for every day use in my kitchen, and i would say this oil is well priced for the size and quality. i was previously posting double the price for half of the quantity - granted it had the stronger flavor but as i said that isn't available any more. i'm pleased overall, and although it doesn't give the level of flavor i enjoy, it is a nice smooth pleasantly tasting oil that works great for cooking, dipping, or drizzling. if you like good quality organic and a subtle flavor, this is a fantastic choice.

Nice but no unique flavor. If we use it for bruschetta or in pesto, it will be great.
