I was worried that a rain shower head would not provide sufficient pressure with our old plumbing. But this one provides more than enough. Indeed, turn the flow down or split if between the rain shower head and hand-held, it is like being in a torrential downpour! Ample pressure. And, yes, you can use both the hand-held and rain shower heads together, with variable diversion. The hand-held is not as modern looking as others, and it does feel a little plasticy, but it works amazingly--with almost too much pressure and several useful spray patterns. The valve looks and feels solid. We used a pro to install as it does require plumbing knowledge/skills.

I bought this in oil rubbed bronze for my new shower remodel. After searching the big box stores and not finding anything that I liked I ordered this one. This shower system is perfect. High quality, great looking, great water flow and I love the fact that you can use both the rain shower and hose at the same time or individually. Highly recommend.

We bought this shower body unit for our bathroom remodel and love how it looks and fuctions. We bought the one with the 16” shower head and it really feels ike a rain shower. The unit was packaged beautifully and all the pieces were there and undamaged. When my husband was installing it he overtightened one of the pieces and the brass insert got stripped and damaged. We contacted the vendor about this and they were wonderful to deal with. They contacted their manufacturer in China and they replaced the whole part no questions asked. They mailed us the replacement and we received it within a few weeks. The rep from the company was a pleasure to deal with. Would buy from this vendor again.

Fantastic product for the money. All metal parts and works very well. Extremely relaxing shower experience. Would recommend.

Looks great

The packing of the article was very good.The central piece (connecting all pipes) is made out of copper with the sturdiness expected. The same happens with the handheld base that connects to the outlet pipe and handle. The other parts feel normal.The installation is as easy as it can be expected, having two input pipes (one for cold and one for hot water). and two output pipes (one for the shower and the other for the handheld). It was installed by a professional who made it look easy and we tested it for around one week to ensure we got no water leaks, before getting the ceramic tiles in place.The description and details are accurate (10 Inch Rain Shower Head, 6-Function Handheld Spray, Prevent Water Hammer, Adjustable Shower Bracket, Extra Long Shower Hose). Please notice that I have not contacted their customer support service, so I have no idea how good or bad that is.At the moment I've got no water leaks at all, looks good and the only possible minus to mention is the resistance to fingerprints, which I wrongly assumed would also prevent having hard water stains.

These were all brass, and the fittings were well made. Be sure to note, this is a rain shower head - it sticks out future than a normal shower head, so raise the mounting hole.

I love how much water this puts out. The hand attachment has good settings too for different water strengths.

We were very impressed with the quality of the shower faucets. The packaging is amazing. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  As far as “ease of install” No idea. The plumber did everything. But I’m very impressed with the look, feel and function of this set. So far so good. I love it.

I have had quite a few shower heads, hand held and not, and have never really been happy with the water pressure. Spending money to be disappointed over and over again. I read the reviews of this product and took a chance and I have to say that this is the BEST SHOWER HEAD EVER!!! As it is discussed in the previous reviews, we left the washer in and the pressure is nice and strong and comfortable. I cannot imagine how strong it would be without that washer! The shower head is wide that I didn't even feel the need to use the hand held to rinse but when I did, it was really, really nice! Seriously, I cannot say enough it! My husband actually shouted out of the shower with his happiness because he is a tall man with wide shoulders and has had to struggle to get adequate water coverage! This is a Great product!! Great price too!!!

I like this because it works very well and the cord is long. I contacted customer service for broken part and it came after a week. So I would recommend.

I bought one of these shower heads in the polished chrome version. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my pet washing station but this time I selected the polished nickel finish. I was disappointed to discover that the hose is not 8 feet long but just 6 feet. My mistake for not being more careful with the description but it appears that you are just changing the finish selection but in fact other specifics are changing also. This discrepancy should be made a little clearer. Perhaps there will be other differences that I have not yet discovered. I hope not or I will have to re-rate it.
