It tastes exactly as advertised. I added it to the green tea and poured it over ice. Very refreshing. Very distinctly Yuzu. And the little goes long way.

I was a bit disappointed with the flavor. This may work better for baking but for cooking, it does not render the desired taste.

So many uses! So good!
Yuzu juice is pricey but the flavor is wonderful to use in everything from baked goods to cocktails. This is makes it so easy to get the flavor at a fraction of the cost, it has a longer shelf life and you can make it as strong as you want. I have used it in mocktails, frosting, cake and a savory sauce for veggies. Love it!

Extremely poor value for money
For $25, the amount you get is incredibly small. Based on my usage, I need to use at least 20g to make just one decent cup of water, which means this entire package only lasts for about 3 servings.
