So many uses! So good!
Yuzu juice is pricey but the flavor is wonderful to use in everything from baked goods to cocktails. This is makes it so easy to get the flavor at a fraction of the cost, it has a longer shelf life and you can make it as strong as you want. I have used it in mocktails, frosting, cake and a savory sauce for veggies. Love it!

Refreshingly light lemony powder
Yamasan Kyoto Uji’s Yuzu Juice Powder (50g) is a refreshingly light lemony powder. Many citrus powders utilize the peals to make powders because of the essential oils in the peel (hence why you’re supposed to zest citrus over the target food or drink). This product takes the opposite approach by powderizing the yuzu juice with dextrin (a starch/glycogen product). The juice yields a lighter flavor than the peels, and the lighter flavor is evident in this powder. There are plenty of applications for this powder, and yuzu juice, on its own, is expensive. The label lacks any instructions about how best to mix this, but the product page says one spoonful into water. I assume you need to simply mix to your flavor preference. It lacks the bite of normal lemon juice and has the convenience of being able to be sprinkled onto deserts without dripping or dissolving as easily as a liquid. Some product page info is completely off, such as the flavor being “chocolate.” It’s definitely not chocolate.I can’t say that I’m convinced enough to pay, essentially, $2+/serving, but someone probably is.

So small no impact
So disappointed! I'm not sure if I just did this wrong. But I want yuzu juice to drink. Simple enough. Yuzu drink powder the whole packet wasn't enough to flavor a protein shaker of water :( put in the whole packet and mixed with water. what a collasal waste of energy and 25$. Going to buy some syrup instead.

A Little Goes a Long Way
This yuzu powder has a great flavor. It dissolves well. It is super strong and very citrusy - you only need to use a very small amount. However, it is a nice and refreshing flavor.

Pricey
Yuzu taste like a milder form of lemon. It’s a small bag, use the quantity per your taste. I just add a touch to my cold water, the fragrance is mild and pleasant. It’s a bit pricey for the quantity you get.
